Dear Everyone :)

Please read the guideline to make proper Login Username to avoid delay in your registration approval and to help you in your future username-related inquiry.
You can read the guideline in Procedure Menu or in the attachment file on the lower part of that page.

We will use . (dot) between country abbreviation, city or state or province abbreviation and your name instead of _ (underscore) or - (minus) sign to save space. You can only use (-) minus sign between your name and your spouse or partner name.
Please use 2 capital letters for country code, 2 capital letters for state or province abbreviation or 3 letters (the first one is capital letter) for city abbreviation.
Examples:
US.NY.RobC, AU.Syd.Sunny, US.NC.Ed-Paramjit, CA.BC.JohnD, NZ.Akl.PaulineW, DE.Slz.Eka-Lian, IE.Lim.Gerard, US.CA.MikeT
Please check your junk email folder as an email from Admin may go to that folder.
Please fill the data properly to help Admin in verifying your data faster.
Your active and valid email address is very important in this registration processes.

Harap membaca terlebih dahulu petunjuk untuk membuat username yang benar guna menghindari penundaan dalam proses approval anda dan membantu anda dalam permintaan-permintaan yang berkaitan dengan user name anda di masa depannya, seperti mengganti password dan menambah peran baru sesuai tingkatan retreat anda yang baru.
Anda dapat membaca petunjuknya di Menu Procedure dan di file terlampir yang ada di bagian bawah halaman menu itu.

Aturan username yang baru menggunakan tanda titik (.) untuk memisahkan kode negara, singkatan kota/provinsi dan nama anda. Harap tidak menggunakan tanda garis bawah(_) atau minus (-) untuk menghemat ruang, kecuali antara nama anda dan istri/pasangan digunakan tanda kurang(-). Harap gunakan 2 huruf besar untuk kode negara, misalnya ID untuk Indonesia, dan 3 huruf singkatan kota dimana huruf awalnya juga huruf besar dan 2 sisanya huruf kecil, contoh Jkt, Sby.
Contoh:
ID.Jkt.Budy, ID.Sby.AmirS, ID.Dps.Ongko-Irma, ID.Smg.MadeYasa
Harap memeriksa folder junk email/spam anda karena email dari admin bisa masuk ke situ. Harap mengisi data dengan benar dan lengkap, terutama data tingkatan retreat tertinggi yang sudah diikuti guna mempercepat proses approval.
Harap gunakan alamat email yang masih aktif karena sangat penting dalam proses pendaftaran ini.

Account information
Maximum: 32 characters. Format: (country abbreviation).(city or state or province abbreviation).(username) Country abbreviation is 2 capital letters. State or Province abbreviation is 2 capital letters and used for USA and Canada. City abbreviation is 3 letters, the first one is capital and used for other countries than USA and Canada. For username, please do not use word(s) or aliases that is not part of your real full name. To save display space, please use dot (.) to separate words instead of _ or -. If you use 2 names, you can use - (minus) in between. Example 1: Amir Baraja in Jakarta, Indonesia --> Login Username= ID.Jkt.AmirB Example 2: David Crown in New York State,USA --> US.NY.DavidC Example 3: Barry Smith in Ontario Province, Canada --> CA.ON.BarryS Example for 2 names: ID.Dps.Ongko-Irma Do not use ~ Please see your country abbreviation below on the country list. Admin has all rights to change your login username, based on information you provide below, if it does not follow the regulation. Please follow the rules to avoid delay in your registration approval and to help you with your user name related inquiry in the future. Thanks :)
A valid e-mail address (maximum 128 characters). All e-mails from the system will be sent to this address. The e-mail address is not made public and will only be used if you wish to receive a new password or wish to receive certain news or notifications by e-mail.
Personal Information
Please fill with your full complete name. Do not fill this field with login name. Your Login Username may only contain word(s) as part of your full name. Please modify accordingly to avoid delay in approval process.
Please fill with complete name of your city, followed by 2 or 3 letters popular abbreviation commonly used.
Please fill with complete name of your state or province, followed by 2 capital letters popular abbreviation commonly used. This is mostly used for USA and Canada. If there is no state or provinces in your country, please fill with "NA" meaning Not Available.
Please select the name of your country. In case your country name is not yet listed, please email Admin to add your country name and abbreviation on to the list. Please check your login username above to make user that you already use this 2 capital letters abbreviation of your country name in the beginning of your login username.
Please write your reason(s) to register, especially if this time is not your first registration. Some members want to register more than 1 time because they have problems with their previous registration. Your previous registration/account will be deleted if you submit a new registration.
Workshop Information
If you are new and never attended any workshop from Padmacahaya, Padmajaya or Padmamulia, please select 1) If you are alumni (already attended workshop/retreat) please select the highest level of retreat you have attended or select 2) if you never attended any retreat yet. If you enter wrong information, it may delay the approval as Admin need to verify first. Please fill also the email of your highest retreat administrator (below) to speed up the verification of your data.
Please fill with the place, month and year of your highest retreat or workshop level you have attended. Example: Bali Ashram, December 2007; Asheville NC, February 2008; Hobart, May 2008, Hamburg, September 2008 Please fill with 'NA' if you never attended any workshop or retreat yet.

Please fill with the email address and the name of your highest level of workshop or retreat administrator to whom you registered your last highest retreat/workshop level to. Example: Lingga, lingsapu@gmail.com Do not fill with Irman, because Master Irman is never be a retreat administrator. If you do not fill the email address, Admin can not help to verify your retreat data and the approval is delayed or even canceled. Please fill with 'NA' if you never attended any retreat or workshop yet
